The cap wall
Structured trucker caps and soft dad hats in a curated palette — cream, blush, black, sand, and denim. Core blanks are Richardson 112 and Flexfit 110 in adjustable and low-profile fits so every head size in the squad works.
One booking brings the caps, the patch board, the press, and the people to run it. Here's exactly what shows up.

A styling table stacked with leather, chenille, and full-color printed patches: "Bride," "Bride Squad," "Last Rodeo," "I Do Crew," hearts, cherries, and Western motifs. Guests mix and match like a build-your-own bar.
A calibrated heat press does the real work. An operator handles the heat so guests never touch it — patches go on square, cool on the rack, and stay put through wash after wash.
Want the bride's name, a wedding date, or a hashtag? We cut a custom patch ahead of the weekend so hers — or the whole squad's — carries your exact design.
One or two Merch Troop operators run the bar end to end: setup, guiding guests, pressing, and packing out. You never touch a machine or clean anything up.
A clean table skin, a patch-menu sign, and a finished-hat rack so the bar looks like a boutique pop-up, not a folding table with supplies dumped on it.
Almost nothing. The hat bar is self-contained — we bring caps, patches, the press, and a table skin. From your side we just need:
Setup takes about 30 minutes and teardown is quick. Most parties book the bar for a 60–90 minute window, which is enough to get every guest through comfortably with time to restyle a hat they love.
Beyond hats, the same crew can add other live-printed favors to the weekend — DTF-pressed matching tees, tote bags, or a few embroidered pieces — if you want the merch to go past caps. See how pricing works or browse party types.
