Three weekends, three very different hat bars.

The bar flexes to the weekend. Here's how it actually looked for three squads with very different plans.

Palm Springs pool weekend

A 16-person squad wanted an afternoon activity before their first dinner. We set the bar up on the villa's covered patio, ran cream and terracotta caps to match the desert theme, and finished all 16 hats in just over an hour. The bride's "Last Rodeo" patch in tan leather became the whole weekend's photo motif.

Las Vegas hotel suite

Twelve guests, a two-hour window before a night out. Space was tight, so we ran one compact station and pre-cut a metallic "Bride" patch. Black and blush trucker caps read perfectly under the suite lighting, and the squad wore them straight to the club.

Newport Beach brunch

A relaxed 22-person morning party. We brought two presses so nobody left the mimosa table for long, mixed chenille and printed patches, and had the whole group in matching low-profile Richardson caps before the food came out. Their group shot on the balcony is still the maid of honor's favorite.

The pattern across all three

Different cities, different squad sizes, same result: an activity that filled a natural gap in the day, a keepsake nobody left behind, and a group photo that actually looks coordinated. The only things that changed were the palette, the number of presses, and whether we drove or traveled. See how those pieces price out.
