Guests pick a blank trucker cap and choose patches from a styling board, then an operator heat-presses each patch onto the cap on the spot. Within a couple of minutes each guest gets back a finished, custom hat they built themselves. The whole squad ends up with coordinated caps for the weekend.
Is it different from a build-your-own-hat station at a store?
Yes. A store station usually charges per person and you go to them. Our hat bar comes to your rental, hotel suite, or venue with all the caps, patches, a press, and staff, so it runs as a private activity for your group on your schedule.
How long does a hat bar take?
Plan on a 60 to 90 minute window for most squads. A single station finishes 12 to 18 hats an hour once guests have chosen their patches, and we add a second press for larger groups so the line stays short.
