How much does a bachelorette hat bar cost?
Here's the honest answer, broken into the three pieces every quote is built from.
What's the starting price for a hat bar?
For a local Southern California weekend, a full staffed hat bar starts around $5,000 and scales with squad size and how custom the hats get. The number is built from three pieces: the caps and patches, the crew, and any travel.
How is the staffing charged?
Operators are billed at $250 per hour, and that includes setup and teardown time, not just the live pressing window. One operator covers most squads; larger groups get a second operator and press so the activity moves quickly.
Is there a travel fee?
Local events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego have no travel fee. Destinations outside that radius — Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Scottsdale, and similar — add a flat $900 travel fee.
We quote rather than post a flat package because a 10-person brunch and a 30-person destination weekend are genuinely different jobs. Send your date, city, and headcount and you'll get a firm number the same or next business day. The pricing page has the full breakdown.
